7th Grade Band-Grey

7th Grade Band Grey Band will meet on EVEN days during period 6. This section of 7th grade band will be taught by Mr. Morel. We will perform 3 times this year. Some pieces will be played just as our class, other pieces will combine with the Red Band to preform as one massive 7th Grade Band. Additionally, the group will perform for adjudication in the spring at the Galvin Music Festival. The fundamentals of reading and performing music will be taught, reviewed, and reinforced during rehearsals using a varied repertoire of music and supplemental material. Students will also become familiar with the composer, culture, musical theory, and history as it relates to the repertoire.
