This form has information for all private lesson students, but only needs to be returned by students who are starting lessons in this program for the first time.
2023 - 2024 Private Lesson Assistance Application
Private music lessons help to keep the music program strong in the Wakefield Public School system. We would like all of our students to have the chance to take private lessons if they would like to, regardless of their financial situation.
